Have an AD driver set up that returns operational attributes for
userprinciplename,whencreated and stuff them into an email. Have a
publisher channel event transformation policy that is designed to send
the email when an account is created directly in AD bypassing our
provisioning system. For some reason, even though this is in the trace

<add class-name="user" event-id="USAFL##1232ee1166b##0"
src-dn="CN=ZeekBG,OU=Users,OU=USA,DC=testdomain,DC=com ">
<add-attr attr-name="accountExpires">
<value type="time">4294967294</value>
<add-attr attr-name="pwdLastSet">
<value naming="false" type="string">128950950540554652</value>
<add-attr attr-name="userPrincipalName">
<value naming="false"
<add-attr attr-name="whenCreated">
<value naming="false" type="string">20090818185053.0Z</value>

I cannot capture it to send it.

The only differences I see between the 2 operational attributes are:
In the Filter, whenCreated is set to notify on Publish while
userPrincipalName is set to synchronize on Publish
The other is that in the trace file I see that userPrincipalName is
mapped to usaADPrincipalName (which does not work either)

Other than that, they are the same except for the time formatting.
Doing a search on the whole designer project these are the ONLY 2 places
that these attribs are found.

Any help on figuring out why I can get one attrib, but not the other
will be appreciated. Trace and Event Transformation Policy are
attached. The rule is called Notify for Add Events direct to AD
