We have a SAP HR driver working with O (OU) objects from SAP.
All works fine, but we want to detect the retirement of the objects i SAP.
The resulting iDoc from a retired O object, is a document with ENDDA back in time for all infotypes.
The default driver shim config, with no publishing of historic data, would create an empty XDS modify document:
<nds dtdversion="1.0" ndsversion="8.5">
<product build="20080710_085536" instance="SAP-HR" version="3.5.3">DirXML Driver for SAP/HR</product>
<modify class-name="O" event-id="SAP-HR:IDMO_100_0000000003092829:O+60007100" src-dn="60007100" timestamp="20090529">
We would like to avoid turning on "publish historic data", but still we want to be able to set the OU status attribute on the OU objects in the IDV,
to "inactive" whenever the modify document is empty (like the above example).
Anyone dealt with this before, and have a good approach?
