does anyone else have this problem.

For sometime now I've seen this happen.

I'll make an IF statement in the actions section of policy builder.
And in the Else portion I'll put another IF statement evaluating another

In my trace I'll see the first IF statment evaluate to false, which
falls to the ELSE which does NOT evaluate the IF at all but act on the
actions defined if that 2nd IF were true.

Thinking that I've stumbled on to version 1.0 of the IF statment, I
decide to break out my multiple conditions into multiple IF statements
of their own.

Again, if the first IF condition fails it automatically will execute
the 2nd IF actions.

So maddening.

This happens when I string together IF statements. Eventually I have
to abandon it all together and break out these IFs into their own
separate rules.
