Hi,

I've seen this issue in other posts, but not found an answer that can
explain the issue in our situation.

We are running UserApplication 3.6.1 (PatchF Build Revision 37461),
with 2 Jboss nodes and 1 Apache load balancer.

Both nodes are fully configured and users can login to the UserApp on
both nodes when connected to directly.

1 of the nodes however does not allow the UserApp admin to login and
the error message "*account restrictions prevent you from logging in,
see your administrator for details*"

The only entry in the server.log on that node states:

/OPT/JBOSS/JBOSS-4.2.2.GA/SERVER/IDM/LOG/SERVER.LOG.2011-11-19:2011-11-19
13:35:40,355 ERROR [COM.NOVELL.COMMON.AUTH.JAASMANAGER:LOGIN] LOGIN
FAILED FOR USER: CN=UAADMIN,DC=ADMINS,DC=VAULT
/OPT/JBOSS/JBOSS-4.2.2.GA/SERVER/IDM/LOG/SERVER.LOG.2011-11-19:2011-11-19
13:35:40,360 INFO [COM.NOVELL.PWDMGT.JSF.BEAN.USERENTITYBEAN:LOGINUSE R]
[LOGIN_FAILURE] CN=UAADMIN,DC=ADMINS,DC=VAULT FAILED TO LOG IN.

The account itself is not the issue or locked out, as the other node
can be logged into successfully with the same account.

I have re-run configupdate.sh on both nodes, and the password entered
for the UAadmin is accepted.
I have ensured the hosts file on both nodes is the same, as I thought
it may be some issue with the node seeing the CRL for the rootCA, but
they are identical.

Is there any config I'm missing on the problem Node that I can check?

Thanks in advance
