We're just putting in a Notes driver, which works adequately in the test
system, but we've got an issue with the live. The driver is supposed to
synch up users between the ID vault and Notes where the user can be
matched, but veto additions. All well and good, and the veto policy
works just fine but...
If an ID vault user doesn't exist in Notes to match, and the subsequent
addition vetoed, the subscriber driver doesn't pick up the user to try
again until something about the user has changed. This is what I expect
and want. However if a Notes user is vetoed the publisher seems to retry
it again a few minutes later. And again. And again, and again...
This means that the driver is continually processing and rejection
events, which really can't be healthy... Is this normal? How does on
handle this?
