We're undergoing our lovely Novell Audit and they suggested we use the
IDMADT to remove the "old" stuff so we don't get dinged for licenses.

However, it appears that the utility removes ALL the associates (ie, you
can't specify which driver association to remove).

Anyway, if we run it, and let's say it removes associations for jsmith.
It would remove our eDir to eDir assocation so that it's no longer
"linked" to our vault, in addition to our other driver.

Now let's say that we really do need to "re-enable" the user. If we
just go in and modify "something" on it (providing that something is in
the driver that's allowed to sync), it should just re-associate the user
to the one in the vault, right?
