Trying to set up a new AD driver that covers our entire tree (we currently have two drivers, one for each of the organizations that share our tree) and getting some errors. What does constraint violation mean?

My name mapping is:
Full Name mapping=true
Login Name mapping=true
User Principal Name mapping =follow Identity Vault Name

Filter is set with CN=userPrincipleName
