I am running eDirectory with IDM 3.0.1 and have it synchronizing
with Active Directory on a Win2k server. Occasionally I have some user
accounts on our AD domain that cannot authenticate altough the same
account can authenticate to apps doing ldap authentication directly with
eDir. I don't know what is going on and would like some suggestions on
what to do to troubleshoot this issue. It has become somehow inconvienient
because I have to ask a users to reset their password, and in some
occasions more than once.
