I ran into a bug today which I had seen a couple of times,,,,this
particular system was running nw65sp6+idm35+fp1....my audit server is
running on sles.
i had to shut down the audit server a couple of times today and the last
time one of my netware boxes with about 5 drivers on it completely
stopped. All drivers quit processing. I saw an error(which i assume was
generated by lgevent) regarding an ACK failure in the driver contacting
the sls server. This time and my previous 2 times the system is
unrecoverable. you cannot shutdown the drivers. You can unload DS(which
sometimes works--or just bounce the box).
I saw this *one* time on idm system on sles.
i am investigating more. just an fyi.
