There's no real magic to it. The driver gets all events (add, modify,
delete, move, sync, modify-password, etc.). You need to add or modify the
logic in the policies to make it do whatever is appropriate for a
<modify> event.

Usually, when doing this, I put the event type in the output CSV, so that
whatever it is that's going to get it has some clue as to what it's
supposed to do with it.
