We have a tree consisting of an O with 2 OU's below it. One of those
OU's is a remote site, and is in its own partition.

The powers that be shut down the remote site and disposed of all the
hardware before I could decomm the servers and partition.

So, now I have an orphaned partition with orphaned server objects in
it. One of those orphaned servers was the master of the orphaned
partition.

What is the best way to clean this up?

I am currently getting NLSLSP.NLM warnings on some servers and my
workstation:
NLSLSP.NLM: Warning: Unable to write license usage information to DNS.
Historical usage information may be incomplete. Check [Root] partition
synchronization status. Service will continue.
