we are currently having a problem where if a user changes their
password in eDir, that change is not getting through to Citrix and they
are unable to log in. This has been happening for over a week now.

I have restarted the driver set.
I did find an expired certificate, which expired in Jan 2011! I renewed
the certificate and exported the new certificate to the people who
control the remote loader server. This was installed and drivers
restarted, but transactions are still not 'passing over' to the remote
They did report back that an SSL error (of which I knew nothing) had
disappeared but that the connection was still failing.

Below are some extracts from various logs, which may mean something to
somebody, hopefully this will help.

If you need more detail just ask and I'll endeavour to provide!

Publisher error log states:

Subscriber error log:

Code (-9006) The driver returned a "retry" status indicating that the
