I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this but I thought I'd ask anyway.
Is it possible to build an entitlement with multiple parameters (not
multiple values)? Here's my business case:
Full provisioning of users to Google is enabled. Google groups have
owners assigned which are the only ones allowed to send email to the
groups. The owner is a free-form email address. Group owners are never
assigned a specific user's email address. Something like
grpowner@domain.com is set as the group owner and that email address is
assigned as a nickname to the user. My architecture is that connected
system groups are not sync'ed from the IDV but are managed by
entitlements.
I'd like to create an entitlement which has 2 parameters; one for the
name of the group and one for the email address of the owner. Then I
would modify the entitlement policy to add the email address to the user
as a nickname and add that email address as the owner of the named group
(and vice versa if the entitlement is removed). Is this possible? If
not, any thoughts on how this could be done?
