Here is an example of the situation:

1. RB Entitlement is granted via "businesscatagory" (cxh, hxh, bxg
1. User has entitlement to cxh and bxg
2. Helpdesk revokes entitlement to CXH. Entitlement revoked
successfully via UA.
3. Then if entitlement revoked for BXG, CXH RB entitlement
automatically re-establishes.

I believe that I have found what is causing the issue.
"busnisesscatagory" attributes are not being removed from users at time
"revokes" occur. I guess I could place a condition in the workflow to
remove "businesscatagy" as revokation occurs but I am not sure about
appropriate fix for this.

Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated
