This is a bit odd... I have an existing tree, that IDM can send email
from DirXML Script rules without issue.
I have notfSTMPServer attribute set with a working SMTP server on the
Default Notification in Security.
Yet I get this error message in the UA Server.log:
2008-07-08 09:17:44,533 INFO
Illegal access: this web application instance has been stopped already.
Could not load
eventual following stack trace is caused by an error thrown for
debugging purposes as well as to attempt to terminate the thread which
caused the illegal access, and has no functional impact.

I DO get the emails for the users I am testing (I am leveraging a cheat
in Gmail. bobsmith+User1@gmail.com and bobsmith+User2@gmail.com will
both show up in Bob Smith's Gmail account, and you can see who the
target user was. Makes it easy to avoid emailing real users in test
But they are suspiciously delayed! Like 30 minutes late or so...
Anyone seen this behavior before?
