Is there a way to change 1 or both of the attrs in the subject?
two reasons:
For Dev I can have upto 20 Request and it is a pain to open each one to find
the timestamp.

For production I could see the Manager not being able to know who the
request is for getting upset.

Problem is the Recipient is not really created until after the approval is
completed so I need to programatically change it down stream.
