IDM 3.6 on OES2 sp2
Windows 2008 64bit sp1 (not R2)

When a user changes their password at their Windows 7 computer the
password will not sync.
But if I reset the password in the AD Management Console it will sync
and if I use iManager it will sync.
Looking at the remote trace on level 5 I see that it recognizes the
password change but it will not sync.

Ideas where to start looking?
