We have a SOAP driver which authenticates to the application's web service
and is returned a token. This token is valid for several months, and will be
used to authenticate to the web service for subsequent ADD and MODIFY events
on the subscriber channel.
Since the token is valid for months, we would like to store it on the IDM
driver object somewhere.
1. Maybe as a GCV (XML parse the DirXML-ConfigValues on the driver object,
read a specific GCV with XPATH, write a new value to the GCV, XML Serialize
and store the attribute)?
2. As a named password on the driver? (is it possible?)
3. As a custom attribute on the driver object?
Any suggestions or best practice for stuff like this?
