Hi All,

We did migration of ~29k users from one tree (NIM1) to other tree
(NIM2) using "migrate from IDVault" option on NIM1. Users were migrated.
But after migration, drivers were not starting up properly, and they
always used to remain in starting stage. Logs showed,
jclient.jcexception -162 DSERR_TO_LOCKED and was not able to see the
cache of the drivers. *This issue got resolved after trying couple of
times to stop and start the drivers.*

The drivers were working fine but one issue is seen intermittently
where the driver on one tree (NIM1) is not processing any request
(add/mod/del/etc) which we submit and it is in a standstill state and no
error/exception is logged. The driver on other tree(NIM2) is fine and it
can accept requests. At this point, I will stop the driver on NIM1 tree
where it gives a pop-up saying "unable to stop the driver" and the
driver status is turned to "shutting down" and keeps blinking for a
while. After few mins, the driver gets stopped and I can see 100 to 300
requests cached and unprocessed. Now, when I start the driver, all the
cached/unprocessed requests are picked up by the driver and is
processed. Not finding any clue what could be the cause.

Trace log doesnt have any info related to this issue. Any help?? Thanks
in advance.
