I have a number of JDBC drivers one of which connects to our HR systems
and creates users and also groups and group memberships. The group and
group membership function is brilliant as it's allowed us to synchronise
groups for departments, divisions etc from HR into eDir and AD/Exchange.
However I now want to add this functionality to a driver that connects
to our student record system but I am not allowed to use the same
database as the oroginal driver runs against, instead I must use a
reporting instance of this DB that gets updated overnight. Is there
anyway to have 2 JDBC drivers - one that creates users and then another
that creates groups for the same set of users? Or must this all be done
in the same driver?
Thanks
