I have a couple of rules which will create a delete record if the Vault
user's first name or last name change. The reason for this is our
partner's LDAP dn is based on the user's first name and last name.
This works fine if the attribute values need to be changed because of a
spelling mistake or the wrong name was entered in the first place.
However, there are occasions where the value has been changed from
Title Case to lowercase or uppercase and IDM will treat this as a
change. Therefore, because the rules look for the given name or surname
changing a delete record will be generated. How do I ensure that the
rule is not processed if it is only the case of the attribute value
which is changing?
