A JDBC question : How can I catch account which are removed from a view

I have a view on some tables in an oracleHR DB.
A JDBC driver get accounts' informations on the publisher channel. Sync
works fine.

When an account is removed from the view, the driver doesn't catch any
event (there is no XML node in the log file).
As a result, the account is removed from oracle, but not from the

Is there a way to set up the JDBC driver to catch this kind of event,
or do I have to do something in oracle to generate an event ?
