Hi,

I have a strange problem in an implementation of SAP UM Driver in IDM
3.5.1.

Sometimes I receive an IDoc with this action:

Code:
--------------------
USER:JGALIANO:00000000-00000000:LOCK
--------------------

The driver tries to process but returns this:

Code:
--------------------
[03/25/10 11:27:16.830]rvSAPUM PT:ParseIDoc: className = USER
[03/25/10 11:27:16.830]rvSAPUM PT:ParseIDoc: userName = JGALIANO
[03/25/10 11:27:16.830]rvSAPUM PT:ParseIDoc: begDate = 00000000
[03/25/10 11:27:16.831]rvSAPUM PT:ParseIDoc: endDate = 00000000
[03/25/10 11:27:16.831]rvSAPUM PT:ParseIDoc: method = LOCK
[03/25/10 11:27:16.950]rvSAPUM PT:BapiDispatch: PQ: Error during bapiUserGetDetail: User JGALIANO does not exist
[03/25/10 11:27:16.965]rvSAPUM PT:ParseIDoc: Error processing IDoc.
[03/25/10 11:27:16.962]rvSAPUM PT:SAPPublicationShim: No IDocs received. Retry in 10 seconds.

--------------------

Ok, the user doesn't exist, but now the driver creates a file called
"same_name_of_IDoc.futp" and is trying to process this IDoc forever and
don't continue with the others...

I read an *futp file is a Future Event but SAP and IDM are time
synchronized.

How could I control this? Is it possible to discard *.futp files?

It's very strange because doing tests with LOCK function from SAP, I
received an IDoc (like the Error IDoc) and it parsed and processed
correctly...

Could anybody help me?

Thanks.

Regards,

Josep M.
